DEPOSIT

A deposit of £15 may be payable in advance and deducted from the fee payable at the end of a session.  In the event that you do not attend a session and have not provided 2 working day's prior notice of cancellation, then this deposit will be non-refundable.

CANCELLATION OF A THERAPY SESSION

As above, if you are unable to attend a session then please notify me at at least 2 working day's prior to the date of the session otherwise any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
